About Body Zen
Our Story
At Body Zen, we believe that wellness is the key to a happy and healthy life. We started our business to help people achieve their wellness goals in a way that works for them. Owner/Practitioner Lydia Clark, has been providing healing music for over 30 years. She offers a sound experience as a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist to soothe, energize and awaken your mind, body and spirit for wellness and balance.
Our Services
We offer a variety of sound healing sessions for individuals and group sound bath sessions/meditation. Our experienced staff is dedicated to helping you feel your best. We also offer PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) and Red Light Therapy (RLT). We will soon be offering armomatherapy, wellness teas, and body care products, on-line sound sessions, health workshops/classes, a VLOG, special packages and more. Body Zen specializes in integral sound healing for individuals and groups highly effective at triggering relaxation response, which counters the many symptoms caused by chronic stress, helping to balance our whole being.
